Returns Policy

This policy applies to eligible orders placed with Carbonify worldwide. It provides a consistent return framework while preserving any mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country or region.

1. Ready-made products

For eligible, ready-made products bought online, Carbonify accepts change-of-mind cancellation requests made within 14 calendar days after delivery. After notifying us, return the goods within the period required by applicable law or, where no mandatory period applies, within 14 calendar days.

Email info@6carbonify.com with your order number before sending anything so we can provide return instructions. This request for contact does not limit your legal right to cancel.

2. Condition of returned goods

You may inspect goods as you would in a shop. Please return them complete, securely packed, and with all supplied accessories. We may reduce a refund to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and function of the goods.

3. Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalised products

Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for products made to your specifications, clearly personalised, or manufactured specifically for your project where the law permits this exclusion. This may include bespoke carbon-fibre parts, CNC-machined components, 3D-printed prototypes, fitment jigs, and items made to measurements, files, finishes, tolerances, or specifications supplied or approved by you.

This exception does not affect your rights if an item is faulty, not as described, or otherwise fails to meet legal requirements.

4. Faulty, damaged, or incorrect goods

If an item arrives damaged, is faulty, is not as described, or is not the item ordered, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photographs. Depending on the circumstances and your legal rights, we will arrange an appropriate repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. We will cover reasonable return costs where the goods are faulty or incorrect.

5. Refunds and delivery charges

For an eligible statutory cancellation in the United Kingdom or European Economic Area, we will refund the product price and the cost of our least expensive standard delivery option as required by law. Any extra amount paid for express or premium delivery is not refundable beyond the standard-delivery amount. For voluntary returns outside those regions, original delivery charges are not refundable unless required by local law or the goods are faulty or incorrect.

Refunds are made to the original payment method. We may wait until we receive the returned goods or acceptable evidence of dispatch where permitted. Statutory refund deadlines applicable to your order will be honoured.

6. Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, you are responsible for the direct cost and safe carriage of returning the goods. Use a tracked, insured service appropriate to the value of the item. Do not send a return cash-on-delivery.

7. Regional consumer rights

• United Kingdom: eligible distance-sale consumers generally have a statutory 14-day cancellation period for ready-made goods, followed by 14 days to return them. Custom-made and clearly personalised goods are generally excluded from change-of-mind cancellation.
• European Union and EEA: eligible distance-sale consumers generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal. Custom-made and clearly personalised goods are generally excluded. Mandatory legal guarantees for faulty or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
• United States: the change-of-mind period in section 1 is Carbonify's published return policy for eligible products. Any additional rights under applicable federal or state law remain unaffected.
• Other regions: section 1 applies as Carbonify's published return policy, and any stronger mandatory local consumer rights remain unaffected.

8. Business and trade orders

This consumer returns policy does not create a change-of-mind cancellation right for trade, wholesale, dealer, or other business orders. The accepted quotation, purchase order, or written project terms govern those orders, subject to rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
