Terms & Conditions
Last updated: 31 July 2026
These Terms apply to customers worldwide who purchase products or services from Carbonify. Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts, or overrides mandatory consumer rights available under the laws of your country or region.
1. About Carbonify
Carbonify supplies carbon-fibre motorcycle parts, CNC-machined components, 3D-printed prototypes and fitment tools, and related bespoke engineering services.
Carbonify is a trading name of HORUSWAY LIMITED, a company registered in Hong Kong. HORUSWAY LIMITED is the store operator and the selling legal entity for orders placed through this website unless your quotation, invoice, or order confirmation expressly identifies a different entity.

Authorised returns are handled separately at the address stated in our Returns Policy.
2. Products and compatibility
We aim to describe products accurately. Colours, carbon weave, forged patterns, surface finish, and hand-finished details may vary slightly. You are responsible for checking the motorcycle model, year, variant, measurements, and intended use before ordering. Ask us before purchase if compatibility is uncertain.
3. Orders and acceptance
Your order is an offer to buy. An automated acknowledgement confirms receipt but does not necessarily mean that we have accepted the order. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance or dispatch the goods. We may refuse or cancel an order before acceptance, including for pricing errors, suspected fraud, unavailable stock, or a technical or legal restriction. If we have taken payment, we will refund it.
4. Prices and payment
Prices and the checkout currency are shown on the website or in your quotation. Delivery, tax, customs duty, or handling charges are shown where we collect them. Charges not collected at checkout may be payable by the recipient under our Customs & Import Duties information.
5. Bespoke and made-to-order work
For work made to your specification, you must check and approve drawings, CAD files, dimensions, materials, finishes, tolerances, and other project details supplied for approval. Production may begin after approval or payment of an agreed deposit. Once production has begun, changes may affect price and lead time.
Goods made to your specifications or clearly personalised may be excluded from the statutory change-of-mind cancellation right. Faulty or misdescribed goods remain covered by applicable law.
6. Production, shipping, and delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise. We will ship within the timeframe stated on the product page, at checkout, in your quotation, or in your order confirmation. If a material delay occurs, we will provide any notice, choice, consent request, or refund required by applicable law. Risk passes to a consumer when the goods are delivered to the address provided or to a person identified by the consumer to receive them, unless mandatory local law provides otherwise.
7. Cancellation and returns
Eligible ready-made consumer products may be returned under our worldwide policy, with additional statutory rights in certain regions. Custom-made, made-to-order, and personalised products are generally excluded from change-of-mind returns where permitted by law. Full details are set out in our Returns Policy.
8. Faulty or non-conforming goods
Products must meet the mandatory quality, conformity, fitness, and description standards that apply to your order. If a product does not meet those requirements, contact us promptly. Depending on applicable law and the circumstances, remedies may include rejection, repair, replacement, price reduction, or refund. Any mandatory regional legal guarantee remains unaffected.
9. Installation and use
Performance motorcycle parts should be installed and checked by a suitably qualified technician. Follow applicable torque settings, maintenance intervals, road rules, homologation requirements, and manufacturer guidance. Do not use a product if it appears damaged or incorrectly fitted.
10. Liability
We do not exclude or limit liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or breach of mandatory consumer rights. Subject to that, we are not responsible for loss caused by incorrect installation, misuse, unauthorised modification, normal wear, inaccurate customer-supplied measurements or files, or use contrary to instructions.
11. Business customers
If you are purchasing wholly or mainly for business, trade, resale, or professional use, the accepted quotation, purchase order, dealer agreement, or other written project terms form part of the contract and take priority if they conflict with these website Terms. Consumer-only cancellation rights do not apply to business purchases.
12. Intellectual property
The Carbonify name, site design, photographs, text, product graphics, and original engineering content are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not reproduce or commercially use them without permission. You confirm that you have the right to provide any files, designs, trademarks, or other material supplied to us for bespoke work.
13. Regional consumer rights
United Kingdom and European Union or EEA consumers may have statutory distance-selling cancellation rights and remedies for faulty or non-conforming goods. United States consumers retain rights under applicable federal and state law. Customers elsewhere retain any mandatory protections that apply in their country or region. These rights apply even if this website does not list every local rule.
14. Governing law and disputes
Unless mandatory law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of Hong Kong. Consumers retain any mandatory protection and access to courts or dispute-resolution processes provided by applicable local law.
